Refund & Support Policy
We offer post-delivery support for all active clients based on agreed service terms. Refunds are only processed under fair-use conditions as follows:
- No refunds on completed milestone-based work.
- Refunds considered if project hasn't started or significant delay is caused from our side.
- Bug fixes and performance issues are supported for 30–90 days based on your package.
